At Bespoke Masters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the conditions for returning products purchased from bespokemasters.com and how we process refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return products under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order number or the invoice sent via email.
We do not accept returns for personalised, custom-made, or final sale items (except in cases of defects).
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact us at bespokemasters@bespokemasters.com, providing the order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide a return address and, where applicable, a pre-paid shipping label (available in select regions only).
- Ship the Product: Securely package the item and send it within 14 days of receiving instructions.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect its condition. Processing may take up to 7 working days.
Refunds
If the return is approved:
- Refunded Amount: We will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding original shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defect or our error).
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Timeframe: The refund will be processed within 14 working days of return approval. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process, indicating that you want an exchange. The new item will be shipped at no additional cost, but the return shipping cost is your responsibility, except in cases of our error.
Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund, based on your preference.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, damaged, or untagged items.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Items purchased on final sale, except for defects.
